  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup diced bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked pasta, bell peppers, peas, bacon, and red onion to the bowl. Toss until well combined.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
